This is my first time posting here, but I just had to share this great recipe. OK so they weren't really Hooter's or wing's, but they were alot like them. This is a picture of what I made:

This recipe is from my friends blog: http://tastytreatsbymichi.blogspot.com/

I just adjusted the recipe a little. I didn't dip the chicken into flour and used progresso bread crumbs instead. If you're going to make this recipe or any version of it I highly highly recommend the "Footy Wing Sauce" It has zero everything (fat, sugar, calories) As for the blue cheese sauce I used fat free  Gorgonzola instead of the feta cheese and I used the Walden farms fat free, sugar free, calorie free ranch sauce. This was the most Delicious blue cheese sauce I had ever had.  I made a spicy and a non spicy version of this recipe. To the left are some sweet potato fries. Be careful these can be deathly addicting.Lol They were super easy to make too.

Just tossed some cut up sp fries with a little EVOO and a little pit of taco seasoning, put into a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes and viola the best fries I have ever had.

OK just wanted to share, because this was soo yummy.

Did you bread them at all?  Because it looks like they have some kind of breading on them?  Just wondering.

I did bread them a little with the progresso, but it was a very light breading. One could easily get wholewheat crackers, process them in the food processor, and use that instead.

Ohh that's a good idea about the wholewheat crackers.  I think I'll use them.  I'll let ya know how they turn out but it will be a few weeks before I make these.  I just went grocery shopping and will get my angel food on the 27th so I won't have much room in the freezer for awhile.  Bul I'll let you know how the wholewheat crackers turn out.  Thanks so much for the recipie.
