Clam Stuffed Mushrooms

Clam Stuffed Mushrooms 24 mushrooms, 2 inches in diameter 3 Tablespoons butter, melted 24 littleneck clams, shucked (or canned) 5 Tablespoons horseradish 8 Tablespoons mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 6 drops Tabasco sauce   Remove stems from mushrooms & wipe caps with towel, dip in butter, and place, rounded side down, on rack on cookie sheet. Place 1 clam in each cap. Mix horseradish, mayo, Worcestershire, and Tabasco. Spoon over clams. Broil 6 inches from heat for 8 mins or until mushrooms tender and top begins to brown.

These sound heavenly!!! I can't wait to try these! We don't have littleneck clams but I'm sure I can find some at a fish market! Thank you for posting this.
