This program is called Angel Food Ministries. Angel Food is for everyone. There are no qualifications just a great bargain for all who like to save money. With the cost of food these days this program is AWESOME!!!
They accept food stamps or cash. All you have to do is go to the link I'll put on here and at the bottom of the page put in your zip code and it will bring up the church in your area that does this program. It will also show you the menu for that month and the dates you can order and the day you can pick it up. You HAVE to buy the Regular box which consists of about 15 items and the cost is 30 dollars for that. They also have additional special boxes that you can add to your order which are 20 dollars eash--they usually contain about 4 different kinds of meat and usually 1.5 lbs to 2 lbs each meat. They also have already made frozen meals that serve 4--for 20 dollars you get 5 meals.
This month I ordered the regular box and the special boxes 1,3 and 4. For 90 dollars I'll get enough food that will last us about 3 months or so. Of course I'll still have to go grocery shopping for the basics but not meat. I got 10lbs of unbreaded chicken wings for 20 dollars. That will last forever for us.
It's such a great deal I just had to share it with everyone.
