hi Heidi,

I order all of mine (and I have every single s/f flavor they have, and then some!) directly from Torani via Amazon.  Their Amazon site lists all that they have available.
I have never had any issues with anything broken in any shipment; they pack the bottles really well.

Hi
I have a bottle of Almond and a bottle of Banana. Do you have ideas of how to use them?

Hi Lorri,

I agree with Heidi -- check out Eggface's blog.  I make protein ice cream every other day, and Eggface's (Michelle) recipes inspired me -- she has LOTS of ideas for protein ice cream & shakes/smoothies.  I have made some of my own as well, as I seem to like more 'fruity' things than she has yet to create.

I use Almond a lot in my coffee, protein ice cream, mixed with Vanilla or Chocolate protein shakes, and in some of the recipes Eggface posts uses Almond (mainly desserts).  The banana, other than the ice cream, I'm not so sure -- I'm not a big banana fan (although strangly enough, I love Banana Scream protein powder!).

Thanks Kim, I will have to look into that site. Can't wait to try some recipes out and to add to protein shakes

Heidi,  try the protein ice cream recipes that Eggface has created!  I eat it everyday!!  I had a DS, so I tweak her recipes a bit (I need more a lot more fat than a RnY is advised to consume), but she had the RnY (and has been so successful), her recipes will be perfect for you post-op!

Heidi,

I found that LOLLICUP.COM has the best prices and selection.  They sell both the Torani and Davinci SF syrups.

Enjoy!
