I make peach crisp all the time but I use real sugar not sugar replacement.  Are you looking for a full sugar recipe or sugar replacement one?  I don't use splenda very often in baking since I am allowed sugar with the band but lots say they replace it in regular recipes and they turn out fine.  I can post my regular recipe if you'd like it.  Let me know.

Okay I don't really follow the exact recipe because I never know which dish I am going to put it in.  LOL

Use whatever size baking dish you want, I usually use a 2 quart round one but have used a 9x9 baking dish as well.

3 litre basket of peaches, peeled and sliced  (litre is almost the same as a quart if you don't use metric)
1/2 cup of white sugar
1 tsp of ground ginger (optional)

Spray the pan with Pam and throw the peach mixture in the bottom.

Topping:

1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup flour

Mix the topping in a small bowl until crumbly then press on the top of the peach mix.  Bake at 350F for approx. 30 minutes.

***I usually make a double topping recipe since we like the crisp part to be thick****
