peanut butter protein balls

This is one that was given to me courtesy of Obesity Freedom and its wonderful.

1 cup of Body Tech Whey Tech Pro 24  - Chocolate

1 cup of Peanut Butter  (creamy)

3/4 cup of Rice Crispy

2 teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup of  Splenda  (extra splenda for the rolling of the balls)

3 to 4 teaspoons Cocoa Powder



In a mixer mix the whey protein, peanut butter, splenda and vanilla extract until creamy. Add in the rice crispy and mix through - but not to much.

Then roll the mixture into small balls. 

Mix 2 cups of splenda and some cocoa power (about 3 or 4 teaspoons) and mix into into a large zip lock bag.

After you have rolled the balls, dip them into the cocoa power and splenda mix.  

Refrigerate until use.

Then when you want a snack - eat a couple of balls - makes 20 or more balls.....

Note:      if you like it really Chocolate add extra cocoa powder to the splenda when rolling the balls at the end.

 

 Note:      You can substitute whey protein for any chocolate whey protein.
                 You can substitute the peanut butter for any peanut butter
                 You can substitute the rice krispies for oatmeal or unsweetened coconut
