Pumpkin Spice Ricotta...???
Does anyone know this recipe. Shouldn't it have pumpkin in it? If so how much? It sounds good. Thanks christine (internetnut)

Pumpkin Spice Ricotta
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons sugar substitute (2 packets)
Serve in little desert bowls or mini-pumpkins!
Heya Christine....I saw this recipe before but I can't put my finger on it. I think... I saw it but i can't find it.... I know you could put a small amount of pumpkin in this and it should be awesome but I would also think it would take a bit of oven-time to do it correctly....AND it would take a bit more sweetner as well. make a batch your way and a batch their way and give it a whirl on an inncoent bystander...like your hubby and then he'll tell you whether it's any good or not...
