LOW Carb: T's low carb adaptation of Olive Garden's "Zuppa Toscana"
I will definitely have to try this. I have made my own variation using turkey italian sausage, turkey bacon, and spinach (instead of kale). Except due to the fact that spinach cooks down so much - I put the soup in the bowl and then add the fresh spinach - its hot enough to wear it cooks down the spinach to just the right texture (for me anyways!)
