I found a cucumber salad recipe on here that is addictive. I can't find it now so if anyone knows where it is could you send me a copy? I would appreciate it. I need it sometime today! Thank you! Michelle    You can email it to me at [email protected]

hope this is the one you are looking for...

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1/4 - 1/2 a medium sized red onion (to your tastes)
2 small tomatoes or 1 large
Handful of olives (kalamata or plain black, whatever you like)
Balsamic vinegrette dressing (I use white)
Feta cheese

Peel the cucumber and then remove the seeds from the cucumber and tomotoes and cut everything into bite size pieces (except the onion, which I slice into thin slices). Toss in some feta to your tastes and then pour about 1/4 cup of vinegrette over the salad and mix. Viola!

Michelle,

What does it have in it? I have a great recipe that is a sweet and sour cucumber with Splenda and sliced onions in it. Let me know if you would like that one.
