Cat's Meditterean Salad
baby Spinach - Good source of iron
Cubed Ham - protein
Feta cheese - protein
Fresh Mozzarella Balls (perilini) - protein
black olives, halved ( I also add calamata olives but they are an acquired taste)
grape tomatoes, halved
red onion, thinly sliced
mushrooms, sliced
cucumbers, cubed
Kraft Tuscan Italian Dressing (to taste)
Kraft Greek Vinagrette Dressing (to taste)
You can add everything to together early to chill except the spinach (if you add too early it will wilt)
You can either mix in the spinach at last minute or serve a bed of spinach and add a spoon of the mixture to the top for a prettier plating...
