Cowboy, I am currently eating my dinner with the best tasting pork chops I've ever eaten!! Seriously, even my 13 year old daughter & her friend were so glad that I made them 2 each. (I used the little thin ones, with no bone) Yummm!!

Just tried this recipe for pork chops tonight and it was delicious! It definitely is a keeper and one I would do for company. Do you post recipes often?
