Ok I know everyone wants something crunchy yet satisfiying...so here you are...

T's PARMESAN ENCRUSTED PORK CHOPS

Per serving:
1 thick boneless pork chop, about 6 oz.
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 ounce parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup (the kind in a can)
2 very thin slices of onion
Salt, pepper or desired seasoning
1 teaspoon butter, optional

Place the pork chops in a greased baking dish. Season liberally on both sides. Top each with mayonnaise, then parmesan. Top each with a couple of very small onion slices and a pat of butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350-375º for 1 hour (see my comments below) or until the meat is done. Check them well before the hour is up. I recommend checking them after about 35-40 minutes. The last 2 minutes you ban broil if they don't look crispy enough.  Just before you serve them, drizzle a tiny amount of balsalmic vinegar over the top....

Makes 1 serving , only 2 Grams of carbs..that's right...all that delish food for 2 net grams...

And yes, I can still eat this and continue to break stalls.... (more of my secrets to breaking other people's stalls hehe...)

have fun, lt me know if this one is as good as my last one everyone loved...

So, you have secret stall busters, huh!?!?  Do you have more that you've shared besides this recipes - which by the way sounds AWESOMELY YUMMY!!!  And I'm really into eating yummy stuff right now!  I happen to have pork chops in the fridge thawing and all the rest of these ingredients at home (I love your simple recipes with regular ingredients) and am now looking forward (and seriously drooling) to having these tonight!!

There aren't enough MMMMMMMs to describe how wonderful these were!!! OMG - I could eat these every day!!!  Even hubby said these were the best chops he's ever had and asked if I made enough for leftovers for his lunch and maybe enough for dinner again tonight!  Coming from someone who hates leftovers, that's a HUGE compliment.

Absolutely awesome - bring on more recipes!!!

Is it too early in the relationship to say I love you......LOL!
