OMG GOOD Blueberry Coffee Cake (Sugar Free Recipe)

I made this tonight and it was AMAZING.  My son had friends over and they thought I made them for THEM and ATE THEM ALL (without even knowing they were SUGAR FREE). 

I made cupcakes instead of one big cake.  I also used regular white granular splenda instead of a brown sugar substitute (because that's all I had).  So I smeared the topping on like icing instead of sprinkling it on top (because the texture of the icing was different using splenda instead of brown sugar substitute). 

I didn't get to eat one until I finished cooking super for my hubby, so I microwaved one until it was warm again.  OMG y'all.  This was the perhaps the best blueberry recipe I have EVER made... EVER.
