Hi Rita, So are you looking for something specific or just any recipe (I'm assuming you're looking for desserts though)?

I will need post op liquids.  SF popcicles and SF jello is not an option since they are all made with artifical sweeteners.

Beef Broth I can handle.  The first time I put Any Whey protein powder in it I could drink it.  The next time it was sickening.

I wll be staying in a motel for the first few days to be near the hospital so I won't have the advantages of being at home.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

there are a lot of soups that you can pour out of a can into a strainer.  Throw away all the chunkies and heat broth in micro if your motel has one.  Call ahead and ask/or get an immersion coil that clips to a cup and heat it up that way.  You can get a variety of flavors just make sure you don't use cream or bean or split pea types.  Stick with sirloin vegatable, chicken noodle, vegatable types.  Make you own tea from bags-there are lots of flavored one that don't have any sweetners in them--I like almond or mint.  Good luck.  Helga
