SF ice cream sandwich

The best treat I have found for myself is this easy combination of Graham Crackers and SF Cool Whip.  You take a large square of graham cracker and top with SF cool whip, place another square on top making it a sandwich, place in freezer until hard.  Enjoy just like a good old fashioned ice cream sandwich.

Have you tried it with the chocolate graham crakers?  Or, even better is the chocolate flavored whip topping. However, I haven't tried either one since surgery so I'm not sure what the sugar content would be...these were pre-surgery treats.
