Ricotta Fluff

taste like cheesecake without the fat & calories...got it from eggface:

1 container of ricotta cheese

1 package sf/ff cheesecake pudding

a dollap or 2 of sour cream

mix together and enjoy!!

I like to add sf syrups or strawberries = yummy

you didnt say what size of container of ricotta , does it matter?

I use the 15oz container but some recipes call for the larger container. It depends on how you like the flavoring.
