Does anyone have any recipes for homemade cheesecake. I have FF cream cheese, I need to know how much to use and what other ingredients to use.

Hey Michelle,

I make a super easy one that is always a big hit!!

1 tub of strawberry cool whip

1/4 cup splenda

1 block of cream cheese softened to room temp.

1 graham cracker crust

Blend cream cheese and splenda together, fold in cool whip, put in crust and let chill for at least one hour.  You can use chocolate cool whip in place of the strawberry.  Just be sure to blend the ingredients together so that you do not have big chunks of cream cheese.  I always add fresh strawberries to that one and I drizzle S/F choc syrup and peanuts on the chocolate one.  Hope this helps, takes like 5 minutes to make, and OOOO so good.

I just made a fabulous cheesecake using greek yogurt.  Not sure it would work with cream cheese but you could certainly try.  It comes out thick and rich just like the New York style cheesecake

container of greek yogurt
3 packets of sweetener
3 tbsp sugar free strawberry davinci syrup (I actually used raspberry but don't have raspberries for the top)
1 small package cheesecake jello (sugar free & fat free)
mix and I freeze it but you could easily put it in a pie shell and just chill ~ top w/ strawberries and whip topping

This is high protein!!

What is Greek Yogurt and where do you find it at?

Greek yogurt is an organic yogurt that is thicker than regular yogurt and packed with protein.  I find Oikos greek yogurt at Walmart in the yogurt section.  Hannaford has Fage in the organic section.  So far that's where I've found it.  I'm not sure what you have for grocery stores where you are.

Hi Tammy,
Hope you can find it.  One word of caution ~ DO NOT try it without adding things to it because it is very bitter without sweetener or fruit or sugar free syrups.  I did and never wanted it again until I read about adding the sweetener.  Now, I LOVE the stuff and have it DAILY.

Thank you so much for the tip.  I'll be grocery shopping on Sunday and will look then and I have plenty of SF syrups on hand!
