X Post- Crab Salad???
I dont have one for crab salad other than the 'norm'...mayo, onion, celery, salt & pepper but I do have one for a great crab dip that seems to go quickly whenever I make it......
3 tablespoons ff sour cream
5 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoons grated horseradish
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 cup crab meat
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Beat sour cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add the rest of ingredients - except crab meat - mixing well all together. Finally gently fold in crab meat. Transfer dip to a small oven-proof dish.
- Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
- serve with tortilla chips, crackers, pita chips or raw veggies
