Marinated Mushrooms
I make these alot, in fact I'm making a double batch to bring to a pool party tomorrow.
ENJOY!!!
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 packet Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1 tsp basil
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Bring all to a boil, add fresh mushrooms and simmer 5 minutes.
