NEED: Splenda Cake & Splenda Icing Recipes

Hi, I am looking for cake and icing homemade recipes using splenda that will taste good. My niece is turning 1 this weekend and even though there will be cake there, there are some of us who are diabetic and then me who is post-op who can't eat regular cake and I would love to make a special little cake for us. And I need icing, to decorate it. Please if you have any recipes please post and tell me how it turned out. Thanks

Pilsbury makes a delicious cake and Icing .... just follow directiions and tweak it for your event. p.s. look on bottom shelf - where I always find it...
