Cheese Ball
2 jars dried beef, chopped
2 cream cheese, at room temp (I used 1 1/3 less fat & 1 FF)
4-5green onion, chopped fine
3 generous shakes of Worcestershire sauce
garlic powder to taste
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix all together, form into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans and let set several hours or over night.
This is soooo good!! I had eaten before but it had been a long time. I hope you try it, it really is good. The dried beef has 8 proteins and 1.5 g for 7 slices.
Pudding Dessert
I just did a no bake cake for a church party - It got rave reviews.
Use 3 different flavors of s/f pudding - I used choc, white choc, and butterscotch. Use ¼ less cup of milk per pudding.
Line dish with a layer of graham crackers - not broken up, just whole pieces, you do have to break some as to line the whole pan, then one pudidng, then graham chracker, then another pudding, then graham crackers, then the last pudding - then sprinkle top with crushed graham crackers and nut (I used pecans). refrig overnight to soften the crackers. the three divided colors looked great when served.
Cheesecake Tarts 2 blocks of low fat cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup Splenda Blend or 1 cup Splenda 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp lemon juice SF Vanilla wafers Blend the cream cheese and sugar together, add the eggs, vanilla and lemon. Use a 12 cup muffin tin and paper liners. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each liner. With a medium size cookie scoop, use 2 scoops for each. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. While allowing the cups to bake and cool, take a jar of your favorite Sugar Free Jam and warm it a bit in the microwave. Then add 3 packs of Splenda. Set it aside. Once cooled the tarts sink in the middle, leaving the perfect spot for the fruit jam topping. A teaspoon full was enough to be placed in the middle of each cup. P.S. I used the Splenda Blend, so if a recipe calls for a cup of sugar, by using the blend, you only use a 1/2 cup. If you use regular Splenda, it would be a full cup.
T's Green Fluff Stuff with fruit.
1 sm. pkg. Sugar Free Lime Jello, dry.
