Check this website out!!!!
If you haven't been to Hungry-Girl.com GO!!! It is a fabulous site with tons of ideas, info & recipes. I just received there cookbook. I sat down with it and a pad of sticky-notes to mark the recipes I wanted to try ~ I marked almost every page!!! Low calorie and most have low sugar with regular ingredients that are already in your home which means no extra trips to the grocery store!! The site is easy to navigate and fun...I laugh every morning when I get the newsletter.

I look forward to the newsletter every morning!! I read through the site with my morning coffee.
I got the book on Monday and have read it through several times. Each time I find a different recipe the I HAVE to try. My grocery list for this weekend is growing. But...I was so delighted that most everything I already had on hand. Definately for the "real world".
I especially love her "replacement recipes". .... the lower fat and calories ones to mimic the high fat and high calorie ones. I made her version of the reuben several times and I love it! Some of her "starbucks" lookalikes are yummy, too.
And did you read from Lisa's newsletter (she's the hungry girl) how often we're getting bad information on some of the products? Seems some of the companies are low-balling their calorie and fat counts.
Her story is very interesting.
