Hi Patty, here is a recipe that Ive made before. I dont make it often but someone gave me a bunch of fresh strawberries once & I hated to just throw them out. Hope you like it....... 4 cups of cut-up or crushed strawberries 1 1/2 cups of splenda 1/4 oz of freezer style pectin...I think I used the 'ball' brand In a big bowl mix splenda and pectin together. Add strawberries. Stir well for 3 minutes. Put into freezer containers minus the lids, leaving 1/2 inch from the top. Let sit 30 minutes. Put on lids. Refrigerate or freeze. I like my strawberries to be a little chunky so I dont crush them up very much but my friend makes hers by pureeing the strawberries.
