I haven't made this into a cheesecake but I take the sugar free cheesecake pudding and mix it with fat free cream cheese. This makes what I call a cheesecake fluff. It is good. I don't like the pudding without the cream cheese. I do not think it tastes like cheescake without it if you ask me. Hope you get some answers. The sugar free pie filling is pretty good.

I just tried this the other night and it was ok.... 2 cups fat free reduced sugar plain yogurt 1 pkg of white chocolate cheesecake flavoured instant pudding mix (4 serving size) Mix and put in graham cracker crust. Refrig and enjoy (I didn't have white choc pudding mix, but used choc pudding mix and it was ok too) Angie

Check out www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com  she has a good cheesecake recipe and a "ricotta fluff" recipe that can be made with ANY flavor pudding that goes perfectly in a pie crust.  My kids LOVE the banana creme pudding version with bananas on the bottom.  They don't even realize they are eating healthy.

This is very simple and my whole family enjoys it and asks for it over and over. I made it pre WLS too.  I use one block of the 1/3 less fat cream cheese and add about 1/2 cup splenda to it and mix with the mixer. Than add about 1/2 or a bit more of a tub of SF Cool whip. Put it in your pie crust and top with your cherries.  Hugs Cathy
