Chocolate Protein Brownies

Chocolate Protein Brownies 1 Cup Splenda Baking Blend 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 6 Tbsp. Margarine softened ( I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter) 2- Eggs 3/4 Cup Soy Flour 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda  6 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder  1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce 1 tsp. Vanilla  1 tsp. Sugar Free Vanilla DaVinci Syrup  1 Scoop Protein Powder ( I used Vanilla or you can use Chocolate)  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine soy flour, baking soda, splenda, Cocoa Powder and Chocolate chips. In a separate bowl combine margarine, applesauce, eggs, vanilla, vanilla sf syrup and nuts. Then add to flour mixture and blend well. Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spread batter into glass baking dish. Bake for 18 to 20 mins. Cool completely and cut into 16 to 20 squares. I made these yesterday and the are great.

I'm sorry I don't have the nutritional value. The only thing that I did figure out is how much protein each square has in it. It was almost 5 grams per square. I was making these for a type of protein bar. They do taste like the real thing. My son didn't know the difference. Neither did my BIL. Teresa M.
