I saw a recipe for a pizza-like crust made from broccoli and eggs I think?? Does anyone know what I am referring to?

Hugs.....

It's super delish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Broccoli Crust Pizza 2 cups cooked broccoli shredded (squeeze out as much water as you can) 2 large eggs 2 cups shredded mozzarella 1 cup shredded cheddar 1tsp garlic powder combine all and press evenly into well greased pizza pan or cookie sheet (this makes a LARGE 14 inch crust) sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and basil (if desired) Bake at 450 degrees until browned and bubbly (15-20 minutes) Courtesy of jhudson3 at OH.

OMG, this looks super super yummy....I have a question, do you bake the crust, then add your favorite toppings, and rebake?  or do you put all the toppings on and bake at once?

Hi Tammy!  I make my "crust" first and then rebake.

I make zucchini pizzas all the time....just take a zucchini and slice it at an angle to longer slices...top with a little sauce and whatever else you want....cook for about 15 minutes till cheese is melted and such...my kids will even eat it...
