This is for those over 7 or so months out I would think.  Im 16 months out, and it worked fine for me.  Lots of flavor and super easy to make. 1 pound ground turkey (in the roll like sausage) 1 med-large sweet onion 1 can reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup Chop onion and place in non stick skillet sprayed generously w/pam.  Add in ground turkey and cook (scramble****il done all the way thru.  When done, add in soup, bout 1/2 can of water, and a splash of milk.  Heat on Medium until hot all the way thru.  If you want you can serve over pasta.  I did for hubby, but I like it plain.  Lots of protein, low in fat, and TONS of flavor. I also shredded fresh parmesean cheese over the top of mine for added flavor. It was better the next day when the flavors had time to meld thru. Hugs, Rhonda D.

would be yummy to put over steamed veggies....or over chicken and put in a crock pot....even could make a casserole out of it, adding chicken, veggies, cheese....Take a few triscut cracker, crumbled up...add a few spoons of melted low fat margarine, and a handful of low fat cheese...Mix together and put over casserole...Thanks for the recipe

I make something similar to this...I brown a pound of ground turkey or lean chuck hamburger...Drain it real good...Then I add 2 cups of water, and a packet of taco seasoning mix...Cook slowly until the water cooks down....Then add a can of cream of mushroom soup, plus a little lite velvetta cheese....Coo****il cheese is melted good...Sometimes I break up a few nacho chips on my plate...Add some of the turkey mixture on top...Then add some fat free refried beans, lettuce, and some low fat sour cream....Can also add tomatoes, olives if you want...A squirt or two of Ranch dressing is yummy too....Could do this without the nacho chips...
