I ate this pre-op just because it was good but it just occured to me that it is excellent for post-op. 1 Eggs or egg beaters 1/3 of a can of crab. Beat the egg& crab together with salt and pepper. When the egg is done top with salsa and parmesean cheese. It's very yummy and low carb.ENJOY!!

I know this is strange but food has become a passion I'm into recipes and comming up with new ideas. I'll be glad to post them as they come about.  I guess Food and I have a new realtionship but the passion is still there, LOL.

This sounds really good. Just wondering, is the egg mixture cooked like an omlet, or like a scrambled egg?

kinda both if that makes sense. It wasn't just like an omlet but it wasn't scrambled either, but I'm guessing that scrambled would help make it softer.
