Idiot-Proof, Healthier Than Concession Stand "Frito" Pie

Miss Frito Pie???  I did today.  I made WLS friendlier version. 

6 tablespoons Hormel Chili w/ Beans
1 tablespoon 2% shredded cheddar cheese (I used Kroger generic.)
4 Blue Diamond Almond Nut-Thin Crisps in cheddar cheese flavor (They are YUMMMM and available at Kroger in the health food section.)

Microwave the chili to HOT.
Top with cheese & stir it up.

You can use the crisps like chips & the chili/cheese mix like dip.  OR you can just pour the chili/cheese mixture over the crisps like frito pie.

It makes a little over 1/2 cup.
