Maple Chicken
I'm going to try this recipe sometime next week. Thought I'd share it with all of you!
4 Chicken Breast Halves, boneless, skinless
3/4 cup sugar free pancake syrup
2 tsp. Ultimate Mustard
1 1/4 Dried tarragon
Cut each chicken breast half lengthwise into six strips. Combine syrup, mustard and tarragon in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and swish around in bag. Refigerate 4 hours up to overnight. When ready to serve, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thread strips on metal or soaked bamboo skewers. Arrangee on a broiler pan. Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through. This recipe yields 10 servings or 2 skewers.
