Yummy fruity cheeseball recipe

2 packs lite cream cheese 1 small can of fruit ****tail 1 small box of sugar free vanilla pudding chopped fine pecans Drain the juice from the fruit ****tail...Take potato masher and smash the fruit until mushy...Add the vanilla pudding powder mix...Stir...Mix in 2 packs of softened cream cheese...Form into a ball...Will be a little mushy...Spread pecans out onto waxed paper or aluminum foil...place cheese ball on top, and then roll it around to cover with pecans...Refrigerate for a few hours...Best over night... * Next time I make it, I might add some extra fruit ****tail, and perhaps some mandarin oranges, drained and smashed...could also add some crushed pineapple...

I was out of the vanilla pudding. I made this for a church function, so I used bannana cream sugar free pudding and 1 spoon full of vanilla yougart low fat. I reduced the cream cheese to 1 package...OMG it was soo good everyone wanted more.
