I must say that i enjoy scrambled eggs every morning, i put ground cumin, chili powder, a dash of onion salt, fresh cracked pepper, paprika, and a splash of skim milk to 1 egg scramble it up with some shredded low fat mozz.  Also 1 slice of 15 grain toast, along with 1 morning star veggie sausage patti.  1 stringster with the toast.  This has over 24 g of protein, low in fat and carbs.

I will have to try your morning recipe. Question: When did you find that you were able to eat all of that? I know that i am only 9 days post op, but I seem to always be hungry!

I was able to eat eggs when i entered the ground foods stage of the post op diet, and the other things added to the recipe at about 6 weeks post op.  it sounds like a lot but it really isnt.

Omelettes are great of course, but when i'm in a hurry i like to add some LF cream chs to my scrambled eggs. I found a recipe yrs ago for Toas Eggs, Scrambled eggs, add cream chs, green chilis and diced tomato dash of cumin and garlic powder. Very good
