Eggs?
Omlets = cheese, bacon, sausage, salsa, turkey, veggies & just about anything else.
I have been getting the eggbeaters and making quiche type dishes in the microwave using some of Eggface's recipes = super easy and fast!! egg salad is a favorite and I add a dash of worstercere sauce or soy sauce (low sodium) omlet in a mini wrap to make a burrito type sandwich - I usually on eat 1/2 and save 1/2 for another meal or snack
I can't eat scrambled eggs any more, but I used to like to mix scrambled eggs with chopped avocado, top it with LF shredded cheddar cheese, and pop it under the broiler til the cheese melts.
The other way I do eggs is eggsalad made with light mayo, dijon mustard, and chopped green olives.

I ate scrambled eggs every morning of my life for the past 10 years. Now I cant eat them...go figure! So I have been doing hard boiled deviled eggs...breakfast style!
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp fat free mayo
1 piece of bacon crumbled
1 squirt of sugar free syrup
2 yellows of boiled eggs
mix together and fill egg white shells
serve with grits or oatmeal! yummm
I eat egg salad a lot. Just chopped up eggs and light mayo. Then I add flavor. I use Kernal Seasons. It's actually popcorn flavoring but it works great for this. I use the ranch and the garlic parmesan flavors the most. They have several. Only problem is the grocery stores only carry a couple of the flavors but you can order them from the Kernal Seasons website.
