Ginger - Lime veal chops

4 Well trimmed veal loin or rib chops (app. 6 - 8 ounces each) cut 1 inch thick 3 tbls fresh lime juice 2 tbls honey 2 tsps grated fresh ginger 1/2 tsp grated lime peel 1. Place veal chops in glass dish just large enogh to hold chops. In small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, ginger, and lime peel, brush mixture liberally over both sides of chops, cover and marinade in refrigerator 30 mins. 2. Prepare grill, remove chops from marinade, place over med. ash covered coals, grill uncovered 12 - 14 mins, turning occasionally.                   213 calories    10g carbs        9g fat       22g protein
