Lemon - Garlic Halibut Steaks
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbls olive oil or veg oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
4 halibut or tunal steaks - about 1 inch thick (about 2 lbs)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tbl grated lemon peel
1. Brush grill rack with veg oil, heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Mix lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper and garlic in shallow glass or plastic dish or resealable plastic food storage bag. Add fish, turn several times to coat, cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate 10 mins
2. Remove fish from the marinade, reserve marinade. Cover and grill fish over med. heat 10 - 15 mins, turning once and brushing with marinade, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Sprinkle fish with parsley and lemon peel
