Here is a link for a post from the other day   http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/recipe/a,messageboard/acti on,replies/board_id,5385/cat_id,4985/topic_id,3580051/ I made Oven Fried Chicken Breasts las night for dinner. If you do a Google search there are many many recipes out there. The one I used last night follows and was delicious:

Oven Fried Chicken 4-5 bonless skinless breasts 1 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup parmesean cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp cayanne 2 eggs and 2 egg whites Preheat Oven 400 F and spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, then in another bowl beat eggs and egg whites together. Dredge chicken in egg mix then roll in breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken on prepared cookie sheet, spary each breast with cooking spray. Bake at 400 20-25 minuters until done. Linda

I am carb sensitive so I try to look for low carb ideas here is one from Kraft foods .. Chicken breasts  .. 1 envelope italian dressing 1/2 to 1 t. garlic powder 1/2 to 3/4 cup parmesean cheese   dip breasts in water then in cheese mix .. put in sprayed baking pan and bake 350drgree till juices run clear and done > I do dip my chcken in olive oil first then in mix  so it is not dry ...still very low cal and low carb and best of all,  Yummy !Walmart carries bags of oven ready chicken breasts just use however  many you like ~~~~Bon appetit!!
