Protein Balls
Here you go:
Protein Balls:
2 Cups Peanut Butter-(Jiffy or Skippy works best)
1 Cup Oatmeal (the big old fashioned oats)
1 Cup Protein powder-vanilla or chocolate (one that you like)
3/4 cup Splenda
Warm peanut butter in microwave for 40 seconds, add everything else and mix well.
Roll into walnut sz balls. you can either refridgerate or put in tupperware sealed container Each ball is 10-12 g of protein.
I have not tried these myself, but I have had the recipe for a couple of years.....good luck!
