Creamy Crockpot Corn

 

Side Items  Brunch  Low Fat  Side Dish  Submitted by JOEKNEE A low fat/low sugar alternative to canned cream corn. 250 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

 

Ingredients

 

 

8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese - cubed 3 16oz bags of frozen corn 1/4 cup butter 2 TBL Water 1/4 cup fat free half and half 2 TBL Splenda granular 6 slices of Kraft 2% American Cheese

 

 

Directions

 

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated and cheese is melted. Stir prior to serving. Number of Servings: 12 Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JOEKNEE. Number of Servings: 12
