Chicken Taco Soup
2 packages chicken breast tenders from meat case, thawed
1 can green beans, french or cut
1 can tomatoes w. chiles
1 can whole pitted black olives
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 qt low sodium chicken broth
1 packet taco seasoning
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Slice olives.
Add all ingredients in large stock pot, the chicken will cook as the broth and juices boil. Cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. If you want to add cheese to taste, that would be fine, I didn't though, and it was still great.
