I thought I saw a fruit pizza recipe earlier on here when I was browsing or it could have been on another website.  Does anyone have a recipe?

I was searching recipes on here and found the one you were looking for.  Hope this helps. Fruit Piaax Post Date: 1/22/08 7:22 pm
Crust
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup splenda
1 egg or 2 egg whites or egg substitute equivalent to one egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cream
8oz of Reduced Fat or Fat Free Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
1 container Fat Free or Sugar Free Cool Whip (Thawed)
1 Cup Splenda

Fruit Topping
Strawberries
Kiwis

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar for two minutes. Beat in egg and extracts. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

On a floured surface, roll dough into a 13-inch circle. Transfer to an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Build up edges slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese in bowl. Add in splenda and beat until smooth. Then add in cool whip, cream until very smooth. Spread over cookie crust. Add sliced strawberries and kiwis. I alternate a ring of strawberries, ring of kiwis. Other fruit such as blueberries, raspberries, madarin oranges, etc can be used. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
