Good idea, I'll try it with some thighs thrown in too since they are so much juicier.  I'm not too concerned about the extra calories in them since I can only eat such a small amount anyway.

Sounds interesting. The pressure cooker always keeps the meat moist.  I never thaw my chicken when I use the pressure cooker.  Since it has to reach a certain temp just to achieve pressure, it basically thaws the chicken during that process.  It isn't really necessary to cook it longer just cuz the chicken is frozen.  It comes out fine in my pressure cooker after 15-20 min on high pressure. hi the recipe sounds great  EXCEPT..... i hate ff sour cream, even reduced fat sour cream but fage yogurt the fat free one has more protein, less carbs.... im gonna try it in place....
