I found this recipe and it works for a slow cooker/crock pot or a pressure cooker omg it so sooooooo delish i cant stand it!!!!

In the crock pot

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

Directions

Add chicken to slow cooker.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
Pour salsa and soup over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Serve with rice for your family....no rice for you kiddo!!! eat like a soup!!

I am so bad about defrosting meats that i got the frozen chicken out and put everything in this recipe in the pressure cooker and cooked for about 40 mins on medium.....it came out so delish mmmmmmmmmm here are the nutrients either way

I made this one a few months ago when I saw it posted as one of the fav recipes on sparkpeople and nobody liked it.  For me it was okay but not super great like a lot of people were commenting. My son and bf hated it.  I guess it's just not for everyone but we seem to be the odd people out since it got such rave reviews when it was posted on sparkpeople. Did you use the crockpot or pressure cooker?

I used my pressure cooker......and i put everything in the pot and put the lid on....guess u have to like spicy creamy textures....mine was so moist and delish everyone ate it up my son my husband my best friend and myself not a drop left in the pan. If i had prepared this for my other gfs family nobody would have touched it....not their food style....it did get great reviews on sparkpeople and I have to agree with it on this one. : ))

I made mine in the slow cooker so maybe I'll make a partial batch in the pressure cooker.  I found the chicken seemed dry yet wet if that makes sense. I liked the flavour, didn't like the texture of the meat.  Every recipe is worth trying a 2nd time around.  LOL

My slow cooker gets hotter than most even on low, so  my chicken always ends up dry if I leave it in for the full time that a recipe calls for.  I cut the time down and periodically check on it to make sure it cooks all the way...but not too much.  If I don't do that, I end up with chicken that is moist on the outside, but when you try to chew it, it's like it's sucking all of the spit out of your mouth.  It doesn't taste particularly bad....just a dryness you wouldn't expect.
