Good meatloaf recipe
Since you had DS, and if I understand the procedure correctly, you can pretty much eat anything you want, correct? If that's the case I would suggest going over to the Food Network's website & query meatloaf recipes - they have so many great ones to choose from!! I can cook up a storm but suck at making a good meatloaf... still can't figure out why so I depend on their site to help!!

This is the best meat loaf I've ever made! I've had it at the actual restaurant and its exactly the same. meat, eggs, veggies and bread great balance of foods and tons of protein.

ps - I use no sugar ketchup on the top to make a coating and use fat free beef gravy in a jar!

If you are able to eat most anything my recipe might suit you.
1lb ground beef
2 slices of day old bread cubed
enough LF Carnation evaporated milk to soak bread crumbs
4 Tbl SF Tomato catsup
4 Tbl Heinz 57
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients well. Shape into a loaf and bake on 350 about 35 - 45 minutes.
