STUFFED GROUND BELL PEPPER

 

¼ cup brown rice (120 calories).

 

3 ounces fresh ground turkey (110   calories)

 

(1), fresh mushroom.

 

¼ cup of Heinz tomato sauce.

 

Prepare ingredients by mixing the steamed brown rise, and the fresh mushroom chopped, (onions.  If you prefer). Add zucchini, with the fresh turkey in a skillet.  After this has been cooked add the ¼ cup tomato sauce.  Stir occasionally, salt season , for taste. Use Teflon pan with olive oil.
