wanted- nobake cookie recipe
Chocolate No Bake Cookies ... 1 stick butter 1 1/2 cups Splenda 4 TBS Cocoa 1/2 cup skim milk
Bring these items to a boil ...
Then add 3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter 1 t.vanilla 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
mix well and roll into balls on sprayed or foil or wax lined cookie sheet put in frig to firm up

I use the basic no flour peanut butter recipe which is: 1 cup peanut butter 3/4 cup splenda. 1 beaten egg 1/2.t.baking powder 1 t,vanilla then I simply toss in a handful of oatmeal (reg or quick) and sometimes add a couple of teaspoons of cocoa along wtih two or 3 tablesppons of butter or margine then roll in to balls put onto sprayed cookie sheet & flatten with coldwater dipped fork and sprinkle lightly with a bit of splenda if you like ... bake watch carefully they burn easily always good and can use this basic recipe in so many ways even adding raisins if you like. Sometimes I just make them the basic way too! Enjoy! how about a nice low calorei pie?? can use prepared graham cracker crust Beat 8oz low fat cream cheese with 3/4cup splenda add 3/4 tub of cool whip put into crust then make either chocolate or lemon instant pudding with skim milk put this on top of first layer refrigerate till cold and set serve wtih remianing coolwhip ....I also sometimes make banana pudding alternating vanilla wafer swtih slices of bananas ( 5 to 6 bananas)and vaniila instant pudding (double packages and made with skim milk) in big deep glass bowl first wafers then bananas then a layer of opudding and repeat till gone ending with pudding on top . refrigerate at least 4 hours to let flavors set .. takeout and cover with cool whip and a big cherry in the middle this recipe can also becut in half for samller portins this is delicious
