Salmon Cakes? Substitute for Saltines?
My Dad used to make Salmon cakes that were just Salmon from the can, eggs, saltines and spices. Looking for a lower carb alternative for the saltines. Any suggestions?
I'm wondering If I can use soy crisps...
I may just try Salmon, eggs, and pureed onion and red pepper.
I wouldn't mind the crackers, but my girlfriend is still fairly sensitive to carbs.
