Does anyone have a recipe for a sugarfree fudgsicle? Have been buying them at Foodlion but at $3.89 a box of 20 it gets quite expensive. My hubby is controling diabetes with diet and I'm 4 yrs. post op gyn and we both love the sf fudgsicles. If I could find a recipe to make our own it would be great. Anything coming close maybe I could adapt to our taste. Thanks for anything that you may be able to come up with. Dyanne

Dyanne, I know that they make frozen sugar free pudding pops so when I read your post I thought of this. I don't know if it would work but could you freeze the sugar free chocolate pudding? Like I said I don't know if it would work but it might be worth a try.

Thanks Brenda, for your quick response. Wonder if instant pudding would work. It is worth a try. My hubby is an ice cream lover and maybe I can make it taste like ice cream. He isn't too much for pudding but at this stage I don't think he will complain if I can come up with something close. Again, thanks. Dyanne

Thanks Arianna!! I didn't know making fudgsicles would be so easy. I haven't tried your recipes but here is what I have tried and it is delicious (if you are into fudgsicles)! I used a box of Jello SF double fudge pudding mix and made it according to the directions using fatfree milk. I added approx. 1/3 of an 8 oz. container of SF CoolWhip and mix thoroughly. Poured into popcicle (left over from when kids were little) forms and froze. They are exactly like the ones from the grocery store. In fact, they are a little creamier. My hubby is very satisfied with them, and I am too. Takes a very little time to make and it makes 8 fudgsicles for us. Dyanne
