Somewhere on this message board I came across a recipe for tofu lasagna. a big THANKS to whoever posted it. I absolutely love it. So today as I took out the tofu to make tofu lasagna, I decided to do something different instead. I'm sorry there aren't exact measurements or nutritional content. The next time I make it I'll get all of that and re-post. I am just SUPER excited at how yummy this was...I had to share. extra firm tofu garlic clove oil alfredo sauce seasonings to taste(garlic salt, pepper) Add enough oil to cover bottom of pan. finely chop up garlic and add it to oil. Heat together at medium high heat. Once garlic starts to get soft and oil is hot, add thinly cubed tofu. Pan fry until golden brown. Drain ALL oil out of pan. Add a small amount of alfredo sauce. Stir for a minute, then serve! If you'd like to make this EXTRA creamy, add a tiny bit of blue cheese after the alfredo sauce is warm. This was so yummy, my anti-tofu hubby even ate a little!
