Yellow Cake/Chocolate Icing?
You can always do the old "coke cake" thing (or whatever it's called) where you just take a cake mix (pick a lighter one) and instead of adding all the other stuff, add a diet soda (coke for darker cakes, something like sprite for lighter ones -- make sure it's diet) and then as far as icing goes I suppose you would have to use some sort of splenda concoction -- or add sugar free chocolate to a low fat/sugar free cool whip maybe instead?!? I think the cake is pretty good. It doesn't rise as much and it's a big 'wet' but very good flavor.
Have you tried the reduced sugar cake mixes and frosting found in the baking section of the grocery? I believe they're made by Pillsbury. My sister made one for Christmas so her hubby could have dessert (he's diabetic). I had a small piece, and it was pretty good. Also, some larger grocery stores carry the No Pugde brand - I've never tried these, but it's a thought.
Hope you find what you're looking for!

I love the No-Pudge brand of brownies but I have to tell you. They are fat free and not sugar free. In fact they are full of carbs. Someone needs to contact that lady and get her to do the No-Pudge sugar free because her stuff is great. Also, someone on here said they got some mixes from Bariatric edge. I went to Bariatric edge and never saw anything about any products for sale. Any idea what the website is? Thanks
