Sugar Free Cheesecake Fluff
This is good. I guess you could make a crust for this but I just make it in a bowl and spoon it into serving dishes.
Cheesecake Fluff
1 box SF instant pudding (I used cheesecake flavor)
1 pkg. FF cream cheese
2 cups skim milk
Put everything in either a blender and blend together or put in a bowl and mix with mixer until smooth. This makes 5 servings of 1/2 cup each.
I made this for Christmas and I doubled it. The original recipe called for SF chocolate fudge pudding. I made it with cheesecake flavor and it tasted a lot like a cheesecake. More so than just the plain cheesecake pudding, which I didn't care for on it's own.
Brenda, I just made this! I altered it a bit...
1 package FF cream cheese = 16 grams protein
1 package jello SF cheesecake instant pudding mix = 0 protein
2 Cups lite silk (reg flavor) = 12 grams protein
1/2 Cup reduced fat peanut butter = 28 grams protein
1 heaping scoop vanilla protein powder ( I use Walmart professional whey brand) = 25 grams protein
Added all to blender until mixed well and creamy stored in refrigerator.
It made 4 Cups
8 1/2 cup servings =10 grams protein each!
